Welcome to BizYangu. By using our application, you agree to these simple terms. We’ve kept them minimalistic so you can focus on running your business.

1. The Service

BizYangu provides a digital ledger and business management platform ("the Service"). It is designed to help you track sales, inventory, expenses, and staff performance.

2. User Accounts & Responsibility

• Ownership: The person who creates the business profile is the "Owner."
• Staff Management: As an Owner, you are responsible for any Staff or Admins you add to your business. Their actions in the app are your responsibility.
• Security: You are responsible for keeping your PIN and phone access secure.

3. Data Ownership & Accuracy

• Your Data: You own all business data (sales, inventory, customer lists) that you enter into BizYangu.
• Our Role: We provide the digital book. You provide the entries. BizYangu is not responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• Usage License: By using the Service, you grant BizYangu a license to host, sync, and back up your data to ensure the app works across your devices.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Premium features are billed through RevenueCat (via Google Play Store).
• Refunds: Digital subscriptions are generally non-refundable once accessed, subject to Google Play's standard refund policies.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store settings.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use BizYangu for any illegal activities, including tracking the sale of prohibited goods or fraudulent financial reporting.

6. Limitation of Liability

• "As Is": BizYangu is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and data integrity, we are not liable for any business losses, data loss, or "out of stock" situations.
• Not Financial Advice: The profit and tax estimates in the app are for informational purposes. BizYangu is not a certified financial auditor or tax advisor.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You can delete your account and data at any time through the app settings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
